Any windows laptops wih the magnetic power coord and vents on the side like a mac?

I'm not aware of any brands who have a MagSafe like connector and most sadly have their vents on the side. However the "obvious" Windows laptop that has all these features is the current generation of Apple computers. Using Bootcamp you can install Windows onto a Mac and, save for the strange and unusual keyboard and nasty trackpad, you have a powerful Windows host.
