Need advice!!!!!!!?

Ok my husband is over seas, I have only been married 3 years. I am really good about saving money and not spending very much. I have saved alot of money before he left, I just put $500 more in last week. Well today he told me he wants to get the money saved and put it in another acct that pays more interest. I got really upset because I don't know where he is going to put that money. Also it won't be on my name, should I tell him to send me the papers to sign so it can be in my name too? He says I don't trust him, i told him he doesn't trust me either because he wouldn't give me Power of Attorney to file our taxes jointly. We have a good marriage but trust seems to be a issue right now. He should but the new acct in my name too though right?
