What are the chances my hair will turn orange?

I got some Burgundy hair dye because I really wanted to dye my hair this color, but I already had burgundy highlights. They had to bleach my hair first, and the dye faded so now the highlights are actually orangeish-blonde. If I dye my hair Burgundy, what are the chances my hair will turn orange? Somebody told me if I had previous Burgundy color, it will make it go orange..and I don't want orange hair
