I am mad at hair dresser who ruined my hair. Any chance I could win damages?

You really need to relax. Your hair grows every day. Even if you were to hack it all off, it would grow back completely in a couple of months, if not weeks. Hair dressers are people too and yes, they clearly made a mistake. There was an obvious misunderstanding between what you wanted and what they thought you wanted. Forgive them - it is just hair. Give them the opportunity to correct what they did wrong. Who knows? It may end up great after all is said in done. And so you know, there is absolutely no way you will win damages in a court of law over something as temporary as hair.
