What are some good ideas to find a full-time entry level job this time of year?

I'm 19, I live in Michigan (so it's snowy right now) and I need a full-time job to support my two-year-old son and college expenses starting in the spring. I've looked at carpet-cleaning jobs and I'm trying to brainstorm ideas similar to that where I could go and check it out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
