Drake and Josh UNORIGINAL?

im watching drake and josh on nick and its kinda dumb its an episode when they get a job at a sushi factory and its EXACTLY like the i love lucy episode when they work at a chocolate factory and they need to bag chocolates and drake and josh have to bag sushi and the lady is mean and its exactly like i love lucy i think they should be sued for plagiarism and they are really sucky actors, this just really bothers me....what do you guys think?
