If you dont have your Gall Bladder nor your Apendix. What could make your right side cramp and hurt?

I have been cramping really bad lately. it started about a month a go .i was hurting on my right side ,but all I have there now is My Spleen and Liver .My Gallbladder and apendix has been taken out. What could be causing my pain?
