Whats the best weight of BB (Airsoft Sniper)?

I got a new VSR-10 and the hop is all the way off but my problem is the BBs curving up and the FPS with the BB's im using is 390-440... I am using .25G bb's should I use heavier than that? I was thinking along the lines of .30G ANY HELP
