Where can one buy hard cheeses and other dairy products near Tacloban?

Cheese and dairy products in the Philippines in a remote place like that. Might as well be asking for Ice and lemonaide in the middle of the dessert. Ever though of asking for a TACO ? rolfmao !!!!!
