Will english take over the world?

being th language of education,technology,popular media and in general the 'lingua franca' , native english speakers have numerous advantages. the others feel less articulate and hence appear less intelligent(tthere'san psychological explanation to it as well) in mmulticulturalsocieties. eve the culture of the west is now taking over the world in the same sense and indigenous cultures are dying...........in about 300 yrs when english and western cculturereplaces every other indigenous languages and cultures, will that be in overall good thing?
