Don't know what my phone is called?

Ok so i found this phone and it was missing the battery so i want to find out what kind it is to get one but i don't know what the name of the phone is and i cant find it online. It is slider phone with a full qwerty and it says at&t on the top left corner and at the bottom it says design innovation. That is all the phone says and i haven't been able to find it. So please can anyone help me?
