My refund should be dep 1/29;i have offset to FDA;will filing ch 7 bankruptcy 1/25 delay refund?will offset?

i am planning to file chapter 7 tomorrow and my refund should be dd on friday 1/29. nothing shows up on wmr. i know i have an offset for foodstamp overpayment. the offset hotline says i have debt to the fda. will offset slow down my refund? if i file the chapter 7 will that affect the refund at all? i have a desperate situation. thanks for any help!
